If a snow scene can be beautiful, this one is Dimps. We haven't had our first one yet and it can wait as far as I am concerned. I like the splattering of colors in this one. Frolic until your heart is content.

In such circumstances you don't even need an IR-camera to make wonderful captures. Great post Jan.

Beautiful. Looks like a nice little dusting to get those plants just perfect with snow. Great shot.

Is this tamed Orton's too? It really creates a very lovely effect. That large tree is a beauty.

Simply stunning!! We only get snow in certain parts of Australia. I have not been lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time. LOL. I love your take on it. Lyn.

There is a surreal look to your image that I love! I am enjoying the hint of greens and browns through the dusting of snow. And that tree, with it's bent trunk and gnarled branches, has an interesting character of it's own. Lovely capture Jan! :) Faved! Bet you can't guess I'm not a lover of snow :P

The muted colours give this a really graphical quality. I like the curve in the tree, it really adds movement, and the remainder of last year's leaves make it look quite fragile. This could almost be a Japanese drawing.
