I recently went to a medevial fair (a bit disappointing) but got a few good pics.. This is a series of what people wore in the good ol' Medevial days... All over the world the different class of people stood out, from Gypsies to Lower Class to Knights/warriors to Lords & Ladies.. This pic is one of the many Gypsy families that roamed the countrysides... Enjoy

I remember when I was a little child in Germany, the gypsies would come thru and all the kids ran away because the gypsies were known to take little kids and never return them. So we would hide behind haystacks usually til we couldnt hear the tinkle of their songs and the noises of their wagons...This is an interesting photo...nice job..verena

Hey Jacqueline! Was this the medieval fair at The Abbey in Caboolture, QLD? I went to that the other day too - I agree, it wasn't as good this year, ones I've been to in the past have been far better!! Great capture - love the smoky campsite feel of it!

Nice capture. As if we moved back in time to medieval ages... I wish you shot the Gypsy woman from the front. She must have looked interesting in this outfit.

Great photo, but if these are like the gypsies I've seen then you left out a lot of dirt. Oh, and the faces should be sad and moaning with hands outstretched for alms :-) Maybe gypsies were a bit higher-class back then.
