Very cool fractal, Jacqueline! from a distance, it kinda looks like empty theater seats... lol, well, that's just what my warped mind sees...
good work! Carol
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*
Dunstickin's Gallery
Reminds me of a tall building - all those windows - all those people chained in to their lives.
Yes its late, I'm rambling lol.
I love the shades of red and the effect of there being two layers to this image. Another excellent image from you Jacqueline.
Hi J, Nice work here, I find I agree to a certain extent with Dunstickin, Its very like a Portcullis, Hehe, I just had a second look, could there be a hint of tartan ?
Thanks for all your comments !!!!!!!!!
Stan
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to repose. Trust me on this one, I live there ............The Lion...................... MY GALLERY - The Magical Mystery Tour
I still like the theater seats idea, although I can see the chains as well..whichever way you look at it it's interesting and captures the imagination.
Very nasty indeed - what is that... that... _thing_ coming up through the grating? Or, maybe worse, those _things_? I don't like the look of this situation at all...
Whoever thought that a "delicate trellis-work floor" would be the "perfect solution to summer cooling needs" was as misguidedly malicious as the one who suggested "wrought iron lacework" as "the ideal roofing for the contemporary homeowner wishing to break-down the twentieth century divide between the inner and outer lives of home and family".
Good job. Very nicely done. I can't exactly say I like it, but maybe the poisonous glowing things just want to be friends?
Hey lady! Whatcha got in the cage. Geez, don't wanna get too close whatever's in there might just bust outta there and kick my tail. Probably one of those werekangaroos I've hear about. =PP Very cool effects Jac! Well done! =)
I love the clean sharp look you got with this, I find that so hard to do. And I really like your gradient, it really plays up the sharp edged effect you've got going here. Nicely nicely done !
I am a big fan of creating textures and patterns in Apophysis.
'Cept, I tried to go it alone without the use of the scripts you have made mention of in your narrative. Ergo, no posts from me on that note, lol.
I must give them a try.
Great colour palette, very fitting for your concept and theme and a wonderfully clean design. Don't know the 'how' behind the warping ... but, I love a good mystery. :o)
Nice work my dear.
p.s. Curious though ... only one flame here? :oP
p.s.p.s. As an aside, and I quote (you, that is):
"or you can hire my son (teenager) he doesn't move most of the time... hehehe *kidding"
good work! Carol
