Strange to think that you could walk or cycle past this beautiful building so often that these people in this scene seem oblivious to its magnificance.

That's what tourists are for...to gawk and admire and carry on about the things that are "home" to the natives. This building has such a light and airy feeling that it is hard to understand that it is made of stone.

Great shot John. Excellent color and depth of field. It
is too bad the bicycle rider is not on the sidewalk. I
definitely like the people being in the shot.

I doubt the people you've captured are oblivious to the building, but instead their probably feeling resentful to the occupants within. lol
