I spotted this at French Creek harbour on Vancouver Island. The residue from fishing boat bilges caught within the pilings of the harbour. Strangley beautiful.

Wow John, this is fabulous and right into my fav's. Love the colours. It is too bad this was a spillage in the harbour but it is a neat design though even if it is pollution.
Wow,the colors are so vivid. You have a great eye to know this would look great as a photo, but it's just a shame that we know it was an oil spill. I do really like your shot.
