The afternoon sun was fading by the time my little friend decided to turn and look our way. I thought it would be worth posting this view though, as you can see his tummy compared to his back.

John, I'm really enjoying these shots of your owl friend, and the natural framing provided by the tree limbs! I love the lighting just as it is, and I'm also enjoying the soft green in the background and the details in his feathers! Beautiful capture! Faved.
