Back to the races yesterday afternoon, for an afternoon of fun. $8 down for the day (about the cost of a Starbucks), but what the hey. I posted this one because the lead horse is airborne.

Great action photo, John. Leading horse is airborn but fallowing rider's face and horse is better than this. Shows race conditions, leader and fallowing rival's effort.

Great action shot! You paned the shot perfectly. Nice and clear on the rider and the horses head yet blurred where it is supposed to be. Well done. I love the brilliant colors too.
