I was going to blur out the wires, but I liked how they fit with the perspective, emphasizing the focal point at the base of the pole.

You are right about the wires helping to direct the eye. Beautiful yellow field and that whispery sky is supreme.

You made the right choice and this is a beautiful image with the nice color contrasts, depth and that lovely sky.

That's pretty interesting with the wires directly overhead like that. The sky is gorgeous, as are the colors a clarity. This looks as flat as my part of Ohio.

I would have cloned them out but that is just me. I think the golden field should be more the focus point then the sky. I have to admit it is a beautiful sky but it could be cropped down to the clouds. Just my opinion for what's it worth John.

This is one that I agree with you and the same time disagree. I like the focal point as well but the wires dont go well at all with that beautiful sky.

A unique composition, Thad! Horizon line, wires and post divides to four different pieces your photo. Each one has it's own sight but all together make a great photo.

This is fabulous mate...one of the best I have seen from you...

The wires would bug me, and me, having a hate for wires would have cloned them gone!..........

I have to admit, it does help 'a little' with the perspective!...
