Excellent photo, excellent angle. I think a bit more contrast might look good on it. Taken during an Ottawa snow fall, huh? Reminds me of why I'm vacationing in Florida.

An excellent shot, John. I like your combination of dutch angle and perspective, which adds emotional impact to the image, includes a large part of the memorial in the frame from close up, and enables you to place the figures in silhouette against the lighter, smooth sky. Well done!
