She is just some anonymous spectator with a very good front row seat at the dragon slaying arena. Probably a season's ticker holder. Looks like she is a St. Georgius groupie from that adoring look on her face. I think he went 37-0-2 that season. There was talk he was corking his lance, but the allegations were never proven.
