This shot was taken from our car in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. We saw the buffalo running, stopped our car, and took advantage of our kodak moment. Then we considered ourselves lucky that none of the buffalo hit our car as a few of them only missed by about 6 feet.

This is a really great image except for the road in the foreground. If not for that you could beleive that you are in the middle of nowhere, perhaps on horseback or something, with no one else for a thousand miles... as it is it's a great shot, but if you could have cut that bit of road out IMO it might have made a big difference.

I would have loved to have been on the other side of that river with a long lens. Great job under the circumstances though.
