I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is. Albert Camus ........ My Gallery

Looks more like you're expanding your verticals. lol Yes, I like the b/w also. This is such a graceful tree and the b/w shows off the textures very well.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Well, I'm not a great fan of black and white, to tell you the truth, and in this particular case, I'm not sure that it works as well as color because it is a tree, first of all and secondly, I can see that there must have been a lot of variations in the coloring here. Sometimes I think big, bold images with lot of contrasts work best with black and white, but this is only one person's opinion, and if you ever look through my gallery, you'll see that I haven't been bold enough to try it yet, so I applaud you :)
