Truly beautiful blues here, Jay. The darkness on the ground helps to bring the eyes to the stars of this upload.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

Great shot! Just the right amount of trees for balance, and they open up the shot and lead to the vastness of the lake. I like.

Love those blue hues too! The autumn colors really make them stand out. Especially enjoy the low perspective showcasing so much of that sky. Picturesque scene. Saved.

This is a totally perfect photo !! No way could this have improved. You must have been totally happy when you saw this thru your lens!! You framed it perfectly too with the trees and the earth. And those shadows! Zowie! I can only imagine the peace and stillness at that moment. Bravo Jay bravo...verena

"Well," said Pooh, "what I like best," and then he had to stop and think. Because although Eating Honey was a very good thing to do, there was a moment just before you began to eat it which was better than when you were, but he didn't know what it was called. ~A.A. Milne
