Interesting pic, much to look at. I like the red chimneys and the detail on the building in the foreground. Quite a different view from what is seen in America. Looks like you did some post-photo work to give this pic a painterly effect. It is somewhat distracting initially, and my first impression was that this picture had so much intrinsic interest that a post-effect was not really necessary. However, after looking over the pic for awhile, I found the painterly overlay to be less distracting than it was initially and it started to become interesting in itself. I originally thought the picture should show a bit more sky, but then I realized that it was necessary to show the tops of windows in the foreground so that the roof wouldn't look chopped off.
