...We always hear about the Queen of Hearts via Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland"...but she tends to behead anyone whom doesn't "suit" her...

...And the Queen of Spades (often misstaken for "Lady Luck") is always romanced by the card sharks...

...The Queen of Diamonds is often associated with Hollywood starlets, such as the likes of Liz Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, or Mae West...

...But you don't really hear much about The Queen of Clubs, so I thought I'd do something about that, utilizing Rhonda (LOL!)

ARTISTS NOTE: I completely re-worked the character and did the background illustration totally on my laptop this time (LCD), as opposed to the old dino desktop (CRT)...Left as is and transferred to the old 'puter, it's much darker, so since most here have an LCD display, please tell me if it's too light, dark, or just left as is...Thanks...

I liked it when Annika Sorenstam was Queen of Clubs but alas she has retired. She looked good swinging a club if you get my drift.
Your creation is very detailed right down to the toenails. It looks good on my big screen, Yogi.

Hey, Ron...

It seems a little dark, but that's because I have the lights turned off or my eyes closed...I'm not sure which. Very interesting image of the Queen. The background looks like an X-ray of smoker's lungs.

A great idea, Ron, and a really fine creation! I especially like the monotone scheme with a touch of green for the embellishments, as well as the texture on the columns in the background! I've never noticed Rhonda with bat wings before... a really cool addition! And, nope...not too dark on my LCD :) Excellent work!
