Moving along Interstate One, into the city of Artopolis itself...

Dementia Circle - City landmark (and neighborhood) situated at the intersection of Nutcase and Dementia Streets (the latter running more or less parallel with the Expressway [I-1]), is supposedly the place where Lady Tanglebrain and party gathered to establish the pact that would become the first settlement of Artopolis...

haha, i currently reside on nutcase street, im hoping never have to move to dementia circle in my old age... nutcase street will do me for a bit longer...! lol. this gave me a grin this morning! :-)
