This is a different perspective on Early Morning Snow 2. Click Here to compare. I'm glad I didn't have to go up that snow covered hill. I made it down OK, though.

That’s one of the prettiest photos that I have seen for a while. It’s even more impressive for being black n white.

Jim, I really like this version! I like the street running with the fence and the tree line. Everything is very artistically done. It looks like a beautiful neighborhood. Best wishes on this one! ~~ John

I don't think there's any comparison. This one is much better. The lines with the road and fence make a lot of difference. It does look B/W. However one of the evergreens with the brown base gives it away. The light and shadows are perfect. Cows will probably get lost in the snow so it should really do well. It's now in the chosen ones. Congratulations Jim Bobsled.

You maybe onto something here Jim !!
The curving railed fencing disappearing into the distance adds another dimension. Even the chief ^ above me ^ is bowled over. :o)

Marvellous work - that long, long railing is a winner! I might have been tempted to boost the contrast just a little more but what the heck, it's a great shot anyway.
