This is the house that President Hayes lived in, in my home town of Fremont, Ohio. He was president of the U.S. from 1877-1881.

Oh, speaking of nuts..Nuts...Tick took my comment, but it didn't detract from the beauty of this abode. Granted, it's no ocean front property in Hawaii, but I think Ohio would do!
