The land you see, is actually an island. The dam continues on the other side, but is known as the Grand Rapids Dam then. Thanks for the comments and views.

I'm trying to figure out what I like best in this shot Jim!...lol...That sky is gorgeous and I love all the greens in the island. The water of the dam is beautiful too! I guess that about covers it...lol...Very dramatic looking!
