This is the best view yet Jim! I love this closeup! I didn't realize the bridge was so delapidated til I saw this full screen. Superb work on this photo buddy!

Hey Jimbob, great view of the bridge, really shows the detail of it's condition which is pretty messed up but makes for a great photo. They're all good, but for just the bridge, this is my favorite. Well done.
That was nice of you to swim out and get this great closeup of the old bridge Jimbo. Luv the Autumn colours and clarity in this fine capture. Nice work.
You sure love that bridge JimboB. I can see why. Your feelings for it come through in the great work you do with her as your model. A dentist couldn't do bridge work this good.
Real nice job JimboB .... That area around the bridge seems to be a very beautiful place to visit during this time of the year .. Beautiful colors ....
huh, interesting how a simple close-up of the fairly unremarkable bridge brings out a totally different atmosphere... I like this one much more than the other one, although I couldn't tell you exactly why. Maybe it's because the trees echo the texture of the bridge here; while in the other one, the blandness of water and sky contrasts too much with the roughness of bridge. Anyway, saw this in VB and had to comment. Fantastic image!
It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.
You could have entered this is the desolation contest, Jim. Beautiful image with great detail and color. The collapsed section with the growth in it really sets this off -
