It's a schefflera plant. I have one but mine has never had flowers. In fact, I didn't know it was a flowering plant. Well done!

Hey! Ralphy boy, good job with the Norton. Even Alice and Trixie like it. The leaves are from a schefflera plant Jimthegardnerbob, But those flowers are from a Bougainvillea.
