Had to laugh at Count B's comment JimboB. I bet it gets busier with tourists in the summer months. You were lucky to have it to yourself or did you "rub" them out. I like the longer and wider view.
This one is now my favorite of the series, Jimbob. I just love the depth of this shot. Rocky path, gorgeous wooden fence, greenery, water, trees, bridge, mill and distant forest. Each level is interesting in its own way, but combined you have a masterpiece. You've done something in the post photo editing that really romanticizes this shot. Brilliant posting. A 9.45 out of 10, a fave, two hips and one hurrah.
I dont usually like following the pack, but I have to agree with everyone's comments above. This too is my favourite of your Canal Experience series. The foliage, sunlight, shadows, line of the fence and canal and the mill in the distance, all the ingredients for a true master piece. Well done! Fav'd and thank you for sharing! Ann
Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
