I have used that program JimboB. Topaz has a lot of options and it a great software. You are so good with any editing software you choose. I like thee cabin hid in the woods.
Jim, this is so beautiful. I like everything about it. I apologize in advance but I don't care much for the black frame. It seems to deter from the beautiful peace in the pic.
Okay...does that topaz thing make it sorta blurry but show a lot of texture? If thats what it does, its superb Jim!...lol...Beautiful capture and cool work!
Neat building appearing from the trees. I really like those Topaz plugins. I think I have used this one a some time too. I only had the trial versions.
First of all, Jimbob, are you making your full sized images so small on purpose? It makes it very difficult for me to enlarge them and sell them at the local craft shows.
I'll have to look up "Topaz Simplify" and see specifically what it does. This is a gem of a shot from what I can see. If you eliminate the border, the shot is half the size of a postage stamp; so it's difficult to heap my usual praise on your shot since I can't see much.
Jimbob, I didn't know the Topaz Simplify program, so I searched for it. It's a pity that it's not a free- or shareware program because one have to pay, after a 30-day free trial period, $39,99 for a downloadable, so not a disc, version. Although this program has a lot of possibilities (your image shows a very good example), I've decided not to buy it because it would be used by me only in a very limited way.
I've enjoyed anyhow your wonderful result, my friend. Well done.
This is a beauty of a "take you back in time" shot, Jim and I love how the cabin is buried in the trees. Perfect framing here along with everything else - well done all around -
