A little chilly perhpas, but still you had a nice day for seeing the sites. Beautiful capture of the monument. I expect we will see the man himself further along?

Oh yeah. Loved this place. Seeing it at night with Lincoln in that big old chair is just unbelievable. Still get the chills thinking about it. Super shot Jim.

The trick, Jimbob, is to show up just after sunrise with an Uzi. It's easier than cloning out the tourists.
Beautiful shot. I don't recall see those lights and cameras in 1957. That is one gorgeous but wintry looking sky. Works perfect with the building.

This is what I like about this site, that we get to see places around our world that we may not have the chance to see ourselves, and we see them through each other's eyes and lens. This is beautiful Jim and I think it looks a magnificent building set against that quite dramatic sky. Well done!
