I took this shot while waiting on my daughter at the doctor's office in Lewes, Delaware.

I figured the small spaces in the big fence would work in the contest.

You carry your camera everywhere Jimbob. I never leave it in the car. Good one for the contest I would say.

This sure was a well spotted take for the contest, and I like the ivy that is invading the space. tigs=^..^=

Nature will find a way to flourish in less than desirable places. This is a good image with interesting patterns and textures. Good find and image.

An inspired shot for the contest Jimbob and as a bonus it makes a really good desktop.
Well done and good luck !
I am a bit miffed because my front fence has gaps where the plants escape to the other side - but I never had the brains to take a shot lol

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Grats on taking fourth place with this fine... fence. I've seen a lot of fences in my time, Jim-Bob. And this is one of the finest :)

Congratulations on the contest, Jimbob.

I hope he is better at doctoring than he is at fence mending. :D A creative entry for the contest and good capture of the scene. Nice details and textures in the photo.
