Nice capture June...it does look like he's debating whether to go further or not...it's a wonder those waters don't carry him over the edge...an interesting shot.:Pat.
Great shot & it looks much better full screen, there you can see his ruffled feathers. To me, he looks like the king of all he surveys !! All in all , a very attractive photo & your creative framing is a nice touch.

Hi June, so nice! I think this little fella is mulling over in his mind a multitude of decisions he must make, major ones, I must admit! He will soon dive in and have loads of fun we will be missing! You did a nice job June, as always!! It is so good to see you back and posting, I love your work, you know, a pretty talented kid you are!! Sincerely, Marilyn
Hi June. Long time, eh? This is a lovely shot you made here. It has a feeling of expectancy, as though something is about to happen. I suppose that's because the bird is fixing to catch some poor fish. I also love what you did with the borders. That's really classy, and gives a nice touch to the image.
Hello June: Just happened to run across this image and was impressed that I needed to let you know how much I like this. I can't believe it hasn't fallen on its tail. The submerged feet add quite a bit to the story. I also like the way you have softened the image and I like the borders. Can I ask how you accomplished them?
I'm just now getting back to being able to spend much time on the site and hope to see more of your images.
Another nice one, June! The border that you added to this image compliments the photo quite well. The water has a very nice color to it as well. Nice capture !

Hello there JuneBug! How did I miss this post the first time around? What a great shot of a bird. Rather unique. I like the way the entire image looks..almost as if it is glass tiles or a shimmery effect.I like it! . This guy is either really brave or he know something I don't know 'cause he is awful close to the edge eh? I really like the duality of the rushing water versus the calm water. That is way cool :))
I see you were very busy peeking into my gallery girlfriend! You did good :) I am glad that you enjoyed some of the shots as much as I enjoyed taking them. You know how much fun I had in the Pacific Northwest & that is where the majority of the images were taken. The cardinal I captured on the one & only snowy day we had here so far this winter. Glad to see you around a bit. You are missed angel...bye :~)
