laughter is the best medicine.
If I wanted a picture of desolation and loneliness this would be it, yet there is a haunting beauty in the coloration here. Evocative and thought provoking, Alexandra.

The atmosphere given by that misty light devoured by clouds and that dim reflection in the water is really great. The subject matter is very philosophic. However the title is not that accurate. This is a simple river pier and not anything dealing with destroyed bridges or "ways". ;))
Anyway, that gave me a real pleasure watching it. Thanks
