Yes, the orange leaf just grabs the eye, doesn't it? I absolutely love that color! I like the entire picture because it's all full of different little leaves and needles. You've done a very nice job!

I like finding these sorts of things and that you put it front and center, although it breaks the rules, works in this upload.

Quality shot and very pretty colors. Maybe a thad too sharp for my eyes for some reason which I'm unable to pinpoint. May well have to do with my computer screen.

The setting is beautiful! The scarlet juxtaposed with the green makes for a very vibrant composition! I might crop the top of the image a bit, the unfocused left corner is uneven with the right top corner. But other than that it is well done!

The color and shape stand out well against the potpourri beneath the leaf. I think off center would have been more interesting!

I was gonna make that suggestion also. It's a nice pict, but I think with a tighter crop, and put the leaf to the left or right, might be more Dramatic. Might want to try constrasting it up a bit, and see how ya like that. Still a neat shot though. :-)

He certainly stands out in a crowd. Just wondering if there is any way to accentuate it more.

I agree with the tighter cropping and off-center for the main focus leaf. You did a good job of focusing. I used a 16 color export choice and it made anything reddish, really reddish. Maybe a filter or two when shooting might aid you. Keep up the good work.

I think you did quite well with this one! The focus on the red leaf is dead on!
