I'm not sure why I like this one... maybe becasue it's home? I've lived on this road for at least 18 years so I suppose it's a comfort picture. Chelsea, Alabama.

I travel that road everyday...Have been for the 12 years I have worked for the city. Nice capture...would be even better without the power lines....We need to see about getting you some photo editing programs. I'll honk my horn tomorrow when I pass by....LOL.

So you and Paul are neighbors...that's pretty cool. I agree with him...very nice shot, but it would be a cracker without the power lines. Good picture.

It's Easy to understand why you like it so much.

As Dorothy said in the Wizard of Oz. "There's No Place Like Home", and she is Right.

Mares eat oats and does eat oats and little lambs eat ivy. A kid'll eat ivy too, wouldn't you?

I think it's very American, a straight road leading off to the horizon with lots of empty space. Funny that Paul's a neighbour of yours! I'd probably like more going on in terms of composition and interest but this has a nice sense of calmness and is evocative of a moment frozen in time.
