Took this with a D40 out in one of the back-road fields in Huntersville, NC. Some very old (and huge) weathered tanks were abandoned to rust away. No touch-up work, this is the original. It came out so nicely that I had to upload it. Enjoy!

A unique sight. I like the cropping that leaves out part of the tanks on either side. Leaving a little bit to the imagination makes a scene all the more engaging.

An interesting scene. I like the angle you've captured it at. Nice clarity, colours and lighting. Good work and thanks for sharing.

Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick. Henri Cartier-Bresson
