Interesting combination of effects. Looks almost like embossed paper with a drawing done over it.

It's very good, I like this effect. I haven't tried this one before but I think I will. As far as constructive criticism goes I think the edges on the trees are a bit harsh and could be softened a little with paint or the clone stamp tool if that's available in your PS version. But I like the edges on the buildings. Good work :)
