Welcome to caedes! Excellent first post, the colors are lively and vibrant. Shame about the wires running through it, the bane of urban shots which we all struggle with. To see what a difference some post editing can make check out the difference between this one and the new version after my good friend PJ was kind enough to rework it and remove the wires.

I hope I haven't discouraged you, because this is a nicely composed, well balanced and focused post and I'm looking forward to seeing more from you!

Very nice pic! I must agree with Rich's points but again, this being your first post, it is splendid indeed! Well done and welcome to Caedes!

I agree with RP64 but I think it goes further than the wires. The roof line silhouettes are not aesthetic. I know that sunsets are extremely fleeting but If I'd seen this view, I think I would have run down the street to the right a little to get that church steeple in the photo as the main silhouette instead of the mismatched houses. I may be mistaken but it looks as though there aren't any wires down that way, either.

funny how people see things differently, see, i like the wires here, in some cases it looks better to clone them out, but i think they add to the shot here, i would have darkened down the houses etc so they were more sillouhete-like, but that sky is amazzzzzzzzzzzzzzing! welcome to caedes, im probably a bit late for that, but good job on the shot.
