I don't really know about the title. I had originally been trying to create a series of roses (i.e splatterpunk rose) but I messed up. So, instead of trashing ten minutes of work, I decided to continue on with it. And behold, I come out with this. The title's kind of weird, but I think it's a neat image. It had originally been green/black, but then it came out to warmer tones of pink and purple, so I thought I'd keep it. Hope you guys enjoy! :)

G'day Kody,
When I first saw this in the voting booth I could tell someone had invested thought in it but I couldn't tell what the goal of that thinking was. There was just enough recognisable form for me to see a waterline and reflections but not enough for it to "be" recognisable as anything. Taking a step back I can see a cyclops head but I suspect that's accidental, a result of the abstraction and my imagination. I think it's great to have your own vision, your own path, so even though I totally don't "get" this image I encourage you to keep creating originality.
Mikel.

Interesting piece, I get the 'cyclops angle and there appears to be a horizon line and reflections in water. Or maybe thats just my imagination.

i really don't think i like it as a piece of art work, but who am i to say what is good or bad. i can't see anything but a rose in water in grainy black and white.
i am just a photographer so keep the art work coming.
