A view of the "Ecomusée" in Alsace. An authentic open air village museum Created in 1984, the Ecomusée d'Alsace comprises almost 70 authentic rural homes, dismantled in their original village where they were due for demolition, and rebuilt it here brick by brick. Over the years, and thanks to the contributions of thousands of volunteers and donors of historical items, the "Alsace Open Air Museum" has become one of the largest in Europe with its 100 hectares of village, fields and forests.

When I saw this in the voting booth, I wondered if it was a museum. It had a quiet air about it, and I like your composition.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"

Looks like a great place and I`ve not seen anywhere like it. I think you`ve caught it from a very nice perspective with good colour. I might have waited to see if I could get it without the people in there but no matter a fine shot.

Nice pattern from vapourtrails in the sky. I agree with Ian about the people, but sometimes others just do not move as you want. I think the wall in the foreground distracts a little so I would have moved a little to try and get it out of the picture. Otherwise a good shot.
