I can see why you took this photo because the scene is lovely. This kind of photo works best when the light is soft which rarely happens in the middle of the day, especially in the tropics. If you get the chance take a similar one in the late afternoon, I’m sure you will be pleased by the result :-)

Pretty sky...it says "I wish you were here." I agree that you should experiment with light and possibly perspective, say background... Nice shot.

Nice perspective on a tropical picture. A little on the bright side, which created some blurring. Also couple reflective glow dots in center of image. Maybe darken or try a warming effect on the lighting (imo) Nice effort.
