That scenery is wonderful. I'm not a water person but I enjoy the tranquility of this picture. The color of the water like some jewel and I like the wispy clouds that seem to stream out from behind the mountain in rays.

Fine shot, Kyle. Excellent focus, good depth of field and fine composition. You might look at the far lakeshore and see if it needs to be a bit more parallel. A little rotation counterclockwise should do it.
Sure looks like it would be fun to be in that canoe and go out looking at those surroundings. The beauty is breathtaking. Wonderful photography Kyle. Thanks for sharing it. Anita
Wow, what a wonderful capture. I've been up around this area and it was one of the most beautiful places. Send this to tours office at Japer Nt. they may just use it for a brochure or something (LOL). Very nice indeed!! Cheers.............Amaris
I am WAY behind THANKING, viewing and commenting! My apologies! I care very much for everyone and will catch up asap! Thanks for all the nice comments on my work!
Well done! This is one of the clearest shots I've ever seen. The colors are magnificent and so precise; they all come together and allow us to see God's beauty through the nature He created. I especially love the shades of blue, aqua, teal, and green that come reflected in the water. The boat just draws you in even more! Thanks so much for sharing. Have a wonderful day. *John 3:16*

Kyle this is lovely. The image is sharp and the color is luscious. The composition is very good. You could make it a 10 with just a few tweaks. I would crop out some of the sky so your horizon doesnt' fall dead center, straighten the horizon line and work on toning down the hightlights in the foreground. Mid-day bright sunny shots look lovely to the eye but film and digital sensors make them stark and contrasty. This is such a serene image. With just a little work, it could be spectacular. Happy to help if you like. I would have loved to photograph this scene at sunrise or sunset! anne :-)
I've been absent from my friends at Caedes for awhile. Have been busy shooting, writing, learning, and mostly being humbled. I'm back and I look forward to viewing and sharing again. Blessings, anne :-)
