Somewhat of a departure ... Yes ! ... But only in the subject matter ... Certainly NOT your artistic skills with the camera. The silhouettes against the sky make for a striking image. The cross is obvious but I'm not exactly sure what the object is on the right.

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

My oh my Mick, I don't know where to begin with my description of this image, except to say, it is without a doubt, one of the most splendid of photos! This image speaks of the word serenity in it's most appropiate way! These colors are divine, as they are heavenly, gloriously beautiful in a spectacular way! We notice the cross, and this further adds credence to the meaning of the photo! I see , in my mind's eye, a place where I want to be that offers emotional and physical well being that can match no other! I experience a sense of spirtual freedom, and exonerated feeling that my burdens have been lifted!! Wow, I got carried away, as always, but having said these words, my decision has been made, and I will catch the next flight over Mick, LOL! Simply beautiful photograpy Mick, and have a lovely day! Sincerely, Marilyn

Mick, I am getting much inspiration from your work, and I just love this one. I am trying to experiment with headstones and crosses, and I would be more than happy if I got something like this. I like the colour here too, and the sun reflecting off the water.

Wow Mick, this is also very unique. Where do you find all these intersting subjects and combine them with a fabulous setting?
The colors could not be more perfect for the mood!
