I feel that the highlands are indeed one of Scotland's most precious assets. They are romantic, impressive and offer very beautiful scenery for the photographer...One can only appreciate their beauty if they actually see them.....Please Enjoy.

Truly a stunning capture Mick, such beautiful country side and the colours are fabulous.

While not being able to actually see them in person, I'll accept this as the next best thing. I never had any doubt that the Scottish highlands were one of the most beautiful places on earth and I consider myself fortunate to see them through your eyes and wonderful presentation. You always make your landscapes look quite moody and romantic.

You're like a squirrel with nuts with your pictures Mick, you store them and dig them up every so often! I love the light in this, with the burst of sun on the foreground echoed by the patch of brightness in the sky. Nothing burnt out here and a lovely sense of moody atmosphere.

Beautiful capture.. that is how I always remember the Scottish Highlands, the colors are exactly how they were when I saw them last. Where is this.. it looks very familiar.
