Temperatures are dropping, leaves are fading and changing their colours to red, yellow, and then fall on the ground to form a colourful carpet a great time of year for us photographers…This scene I decided to shoot closeup with the light source coming from a side angle….By doing that it helped to create shadows and more contrast to the scene….Please enjoy

I think that tree on the right is pure magic : a tribute to life and its seasons. I guess you reworked the shadows of the trees and it gives a nice atmosphere. Maybe the colors are a bit to hot/warm for me. Thanks for sharing your work : it was a nice moment to discover that magical tree.

Really love the mood, colours and soft lighting of this fall image Mick. Yes all our leaves have gone and we had the white stuff on the ground this morning.

The tree is magic. I cannot believe the great detail in the leaves that you were able to capture.

The thought you put in to the composition and the lighting sets this apart - no snapshot work here Mick!!
The blazing tree is magnificent. Perfect detail in the foliage

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
