February in Cornwall is an interesting month, we could still be in the grip of winter or we could see the first signs of spring…..One of the earliest spring flowers to appear in Cornwall is the primrose…. Countryside walks with hedgerows and woodland, provides me the ideal opportunity to look out and take photographs of these cheerful pale yellow flowers…..Please enjoy.

What a treat they are for my tired, snow drifted eyes Mick. The color gives me hope. I like the full screen look of them.

It's a very impressive photo for these snow blind eyes here in Minnesota. We have had a heat wave this week and I only had to auger through two feet of ice to fish today. But your photo has got me to "think spring" again. Thanks for sharing. Rich,

A beautiful photo of these lovely flowers, Mick! I like the sharp focus and fine detail in this shot. The bright yellow blossoms light up my monitor and add a welcome bit of warmth to a miserable day. No signs of spring here. The weather forecast is calling for another 10" to 15" inches of snow through the day today. :(

Terrific work, Mick!
