Olbrich Botanical Gardens. I don't know what these are unfortunately; I was so taken with them I forget to check! The experts (Stan and Thad) have informed me they are Nasturtiums.

Those would be what are called Nasturtiums. Very pretty smiles they have too! Nice shot. Love all the color mix in this one.

Kayley - I'm with Stan on the plant identification. They are great flowers for a vegetable garden as they draw aphids away from the squash and zucchini, attract the pollinators, and look pretty to boot. I like your composition and color mix in this photo. Thad
