I don't know where it is.. but i like the spider web in the photo. Maybe washington state?
The shape that the broken fence makes is an interesting subject, and you spotted it well - nice framing.
Hello Alex....I can only guess, 'Washington' !..but being on the other side of the water...It is a guess?...I saw this in the VB and was stuck by the simplicity of the shot!...great texture on that post, and you presented this very nice........thank you............
All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king. - JRR Tolkien (The Fellowship of the Ring)
he he...it sure is tattered and worn. Try messing with the set-up of the photo though. Does it have to be the log? But, think up your own thing. Dont follow what I say
Hello Alex...What a lovely simple picture you have produced....I like the way the post fills the frame from top to bottom...by doing that you have shown the post for what it is used for....It is called a strainer post which supports the tension on the fence wire, they must be strong, properly rammed into the ground and well braced.....Well done....All the best....Mick.
