The area surrounding the Greek Theatre on the LSU campus became The Enchanted Forest in the 1930's . At one time there was a 8 foot statue of Desoto the Spanish Explorer. The statue was destroyed and thrown into the Mississippi River . The locals say the statue met the same fate as the man.

Fascinating shot with lots of nice curved lines in contrast to the hanging moss. I think all the explorers should have gotten themselves real jobs and left the natives alone.

This is a terrific photo, great angle on the seats and the trees are so beautiful with the moss hanging. Nice color also.

Marvelous capture and really like the curves of the stadium seats and absolutely love the Spanish Moss, wonderful lighting and composition

The Spanish Moss looks good. Perhaps a little over exposure on the seating in the foreground but it does allow for some good shadows.
