That modern glass really takes the effects well, good shot of this old piece of history! Faved and saved and staved and raved. Was this the original Waffle House?
The neglected building is well suited to this monochrome effect, and I like all the overhanging cables which cross across the factory. Sandi's comment is particularly appropriate. (o:
I love Old brick Mills and Factory's... Especially with the Updated window Treatments! Nice comp on the Facade, and with the Contrasting Mortar! Good Job, Marsha!
I wonder if the building is now used for some other purpose and that's why you chose to shoot more of the top of it. Many old factories in New England were turned into condos or shops. This one is well suited to the monotone presentation. Looks like it might be on the corner of a street too if that is a stop sign in the image. Lots of nice repetition with all those bricks and windows.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

Some people have Gurus, I have my camera. Through the cam lenses I have learnt to deeply perceive life, not only to see, but to look at all expressions of nature, becoming able to read the poetry of the flowers, receiving the embrace of the trees and flying above the clouds without wings! - Susie Sun
