This adorable feathered friend sings to me every morning while I am making coffee. I decided this morning to try and share him with all of you . This was taken through the kitchen window and posted right out of the camera.
What a cutie! Nice clear shot of this little songbird, perhaps he'll bring some friends along next time. You might try putting some birdseed out there, lol
Spectacular shot Marsha! I really love birds and enjoy spoiling the ones in my yard with treats and peanut butter. They can become quite demanding and always let me know when a feeder or bath is empty! I think they have a serious PB addiction now, but the problem with that is that sometimes the bear will beat them to it!
I thought it was going to be a sewing machine when I saw the title Jen-Nay. Nice to have someone outside your window serenading. That is if they can sing. Fly Forrest Fly!
Great shot, Marsha. He is so sweet. I'd love a bird to sing to me every morning. Oddly enough, there was one on the back deck tweeting away this morning just outside the door. It was a little wren. Maybe they are scouting out good winter homes.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
It looks like a little Yellowhammer. We see a lot of them and I am impressed with your capture - I am never quick enough, they are very fast on the getaway :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
