Came across this No Dumping .... Drains to Bayou metal medallion in down town Baton Rouge . The placement of these in Louisiana is an on going joint venture with The Louisiana Dept of Environmental Quality, and LSU Student Chapter ASLA, Louisiana State University. They hope to educate and remind the public the importance of protecting The Bayous by placing these around drain inlets. I suspect and would hope these metal medallions are all over the United States and other countries as well. Everyone have a good and safe weekend.

Awesome textures Marsha and I love the brilliant blue color and the cute little crab! They sure have made them easy to see! Very nice find and shot. Have a great weekend yourself dear friend.

Spend a few minutes each day being grateful for what you have and who you have to share it with.

It seems that too many people need reminded these days of things that should be common sense, Jen-Nay. I think that hand basket my grandpa talked about is upon us.
Good textures and a good reminder for those who dump. :)

That's like putting a sign on the porch that reads: "Please don't kick the dog...it would hurt." LOL. Cool shot, Marsha.

The crab is there for "Protect Marine Life" I presume Marsha. Good textures provide a nice background for the blue sign.
