I spent the better part of a day trying to get this photo. While he wasn't bothered by me he wasn't to sure about the camera . Matter of fact he didn't like it at all . I guess we came to an understanding .... he pose and I will fill a feeder for him . He must have liked the deal ... he's been guarding the feeder since then. He certainly doesn't play well with others ! Have a good and safe weekend, everyone.

Marsha, I think this is one of your best bird captures, very nice close up, and sharp and well composed. Congrats I know how hard they are to shoot (with a lens) :) Tigs♥ =^..^=

Nothing is free these days...not even a pose by a bird! The bird looks great, Marsha. I am glad he held nice and still for you so you could get this nice sharp shot.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
