Annie came to the farm last year as a rescue. She was up in years , very thin .... but still had a loving , kind spirit to all who were lucky enough to meet her . Her new owner and I were very privileged to be able to care for Annie in her final year . Annie passed away peacefully in her stall yesterday . Although we are very sad and will miss her , we are thankful that she came into our lives . Trot On , Across The Sky , Our Beautiful Girl .

See however that it's not only a sad but realistic one as well.

She was most fortunate to have had her final days with folks as kind and thoughtful as you, Marsha.

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.

Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don't have any film.
Very Sad and makes me even sadder because my Mothers name was Annie as well and although she has been gone for nearly 30 Years I still miss her very much.

Oh my goodness, this brought tears to my eyes girlfriend. She sure was a gorgeous mare and such beautiful eyes & face.
