Not sure if what I am seeing is the result of in-camera sharpening or that of post processing. That said, turn off in-camera sharpening ... much more control put into your hands by doing so.
Or, dial back the sharpening some in your post processing. Some, that is.

Ahem ...
Crop some off of the bottom to lose that grating. Just eye-balled it ... and to my eyes and in my humble opinion of course ... the loss of that slight distraction kept my eyes on the prize(s) of your photo here more so.
