Crossing the Mississippi River at the village of Pakenham in Ontario Canada, the Pakenham Bridge built in 1901 is the only 5 arch masonry stone bridge in North America. The piers are 8 feet thick and the largest stone used weighs more than 5 tons.

I like bridges and I like the Mississippi River. So obviously I like this shot. The information is good as well. I think it would look better without the electrical lines and that is a easy fix with by cloning.

Its a nice photo, great bridge. I agree with the 0930_23 it would be improved without the wires.

Oh I really like the bridge and the action of the water, it's really too bad that the electric wires are in the way.
